Kim Whitler - Chief Marketing Officer Literature Review and Research Agenda

Research Focus: 

This work will include 1) identification of all literature on CMOs, 2) assessment of relevance to review, 3) conversion into a spreadsheet that can be used to analyze the research, 4) coding papers, 5) analyzing data, and 6) summarizing key insights. 

Position Description: 

Chief Marketing Officer research is relatively nascent as compared to CEO or CFO research. While still emergent, the field has experienced significant interest since the early 2000's. This research will investigate the field to understand the current state of the literature and identify opportunities for future research. 

Required Skills: 

1) Excellent project management skills (ability to manage projects and get things done on time)
2) Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
3) Attention to detail – a commitment to accuracy when doing work
